What I pride myself in most is allowing people to be themselves; to let moments unfold and be the lucky one there to capture its emotion. Documentary photography is creating constant time stamps of these special moments -
and your special moment can be ANY moment
I myself find so much inspiration from what's around me. I use nature as much as possible because I believe it's the greatest setting and highest gift; nature will always be the greatest company in art. I always emphasize the importance of mundane moments in my personal life as well. I'm constantly playing with composition, looking for movement, noticing the small details. I believe this takes my art in a whole different direction, and is what sets me a part from anyone else. All the details matter, even the ones you don't notice.
I have so much love to give, and my favorite way to show it is through photography. I love to document everything! I'm a big foodie and will always rave about Michigan wine. My boyfriend and I love to camp and adventure around - big fans of stopping at the local lunch spot and sipping on a Dr. Pepper on the patio.
I laugh at jokes 10 minutes after they happened, and I make it known that I *cannot* dance so that when I do, y'all know what to expect. My favorite part of life is finding the little moments of joy throughout it, and I honor this in my work as well :)
I'm genuinely so excited that you're here :)
Although I'm here to provide you a professional service, you'll always hear me say it's so much deeper than that. I aim to be as involved with my client process as MUCH as humanly possible. Want to send me your decor ideas? A location you think would be cool? Your wedding day details? A selfie you and your fiance took on your trip? What you ate for lunch on Tuesday??? Literally whatever it is.
I'm a firm believer that the more connected we are, the more you will translate through your gallery. You don't have to spill every detail of your life, but you'll definitely be hearing from me more than just on booking day and your wedding day (and I'd love to hear from you!)
